Welcome to Lahore Gifts Hub! We are pleased to provide you with a convenient and reliable gifting experience. Please take note of the following terms:
Personalized messages will be written on the greeting card provided with your gift, not on cakes or other items.
- Every order may includes a complimentary greeting card for your heartfelt messages.
- We do not guarantee specific delivery times, including midnight or same-day deliveries during peak events and holidays such as Eid, New Year, and Mother's Day.
- If order details are incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you for confirmation before processing. Lahore Gifts Hub will not be responsible for non-delivery due to inaccurate information.
- Ensure the recipient’s address and city match the selected delivery location on our website. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to mismatched details.
- Order processing begins once payment is confirmed, not when the order is placed.
- If an incorrect address or an unresponsive phone number is provided, the order will be marked as closed without refund.
- By creating an account on our website, you agree to our terms and conditions.
- We do not facilitate anonymous gift deliveries; both sender and recipient details are required.
- Messages on greeting cards will be printed exactly as provided, including spellings and names.
- Any issued Lahore Gifts Hub Gift Cards will be valid for two years from the date of issuance.
- For deliveries to public places such as hospitals or universities, an alternate contact number must be provided. If delivery fails due to an unresponsive recipient, the order will be considered closed, and no full refund will be issued.
- In cases where we are unable to deliver an order due to service failure on our part, we will provide a full refund.
- We value customer feedback. You are welcome to leave reviews on our website.
Refunds
Failed Delivery:
- If we fail to deliver within the specified time, you are entitled to a full refund.
- The delivery timeline starts when the payment is received and verified.
- To request a refund for a failed delivery, contact customer support within 24 hours of the issue.
Cancellation by Customer:
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery for orders with a 48-hour delivery window.
- Orders with a 24-hour delivery timeline must be canceled at least 12 hours before delivery.
- Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
- Orders that have been shipped or processed cannot be canceled.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
- If delivery to a specified address is not feasible, we will notify you and issue a refund.
- Orders with incorrect recipient details or unresponsive phone numbers are not eligible for refunds.
- You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
Exceptions:
- Personalized items are non-refundable unless a defect or error is found.
- Refunds for perishable items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery Timeline:
- The delivery timeline starts when proof of payment is provided.
- If proof of payment is not shared promptly, Lahore Gifts Hub is not liable for delays.
- If payment is disputed, customers must contact their payment provider for resolution.
Delivery Attempts:
- A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made.
- If both attempts fail due to unresponsiveness, the order will be canceled without refund.
Products:
- Product appearance may slightly differ from website images due to design variations.
- Flower arrangements may vary based on seasonal availability.
- If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer a suitable substitute.
- If a recipient chooses to pick up an order later, we cannot guarantee freshness.
- Extended waiting times for couriers in restricted areas may impact product quality.
- Taste complaints based on preference will not be entertained unless the product is spoiled.
- If a product is found to be damaged or rotten, please email or WhatsApp us with a photo and order details within 24 hours. Complaints beyond this timeframe will not be processed.
