At Lahore Gifts Hub, we strive to make your gifting experience seamless and delightful. Below are our delivery details to ensure your gifts reach your loved ones on time.
1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver only in Lahore. Please ensure the correct delivery address while placing your order.

2. Delivery Timings

    Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 3:00 PM.
    Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
    Standard Delivery Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
   Midnight Delivery: Depend upon areas

3. Special Occasion Delivery

During peak seasons like Eid, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, New Year, and other holidays, delivery slots fill up quickly. We recommend placing your orders at least 24-48 hours in advance.

4. Order Processing & Confirmation

    Orders are processed once payment is received.
    Incomplete or incorrect details may cause delays. Our team will attempt to contact you for clarification.
    If a recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may leave the gift with a neighbor or reschedule (additional charges may apply).

5. Delivery Charges

    Free Delivery within Lahore for most items.
    Some areas may incur additional charges, which will be mentioned at checkout.

6. Refund & Replacement Policy

    If we fail to deliver within the promised time, you are eligible for a refund.
    For perishable items (cakes, flowers, food), replacements/refunds are only applicable for damaged or incorrect products.
    Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images.
