Refunds

We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if we have not met your expectations, you may request a refund by emailing info@lahoregiftshub.com with:

    Subject line: "Refund Request"
    Order reference number
    Reason for the request along with clear images of the item(s) in question

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be granted in the following cases:

  1.     The item was not delivered on time.
  2.     Delivery was delayed beyond the stated delivery time for that product.
  3.     The item was delivered in a damaged condition.

Important Notes:

  1.     Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  2.     Refunds do not apply to sale or discounted items.
  3.     If the product is genuinely faulty, we may offer a replacement or a partial refund.
  4.     Approved refunds take approximately 3 to 4 business days to process. The credited amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange or return instead of a refund, please email care@lahoregiftshub.com with:

    Subject line: "Return/Exchange Request"
    Order reference number
    Reason for the request
    Images of the item(s) in question

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  1.     Non-perishable items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  2.     Perishable goods (e.g., cakes, fruits, flowers) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3.     Return/exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  4.     Once approved, we will provide further instructions via email.
