Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
You are eligible for an immediate refund if:
- The wrong item is delivered.
- The item is damaged.
- Delivery is delayed by more than 24 hours beyond the estimated delivery time mentioned on the product page.
Several types of goods cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable items such as food, flowers, chocolates, and fruit baskets.
- Personalized gifts (e.g., engraved or custom-made products).
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted).
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at infor@lahoregiftshub.com.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. However, once a gift is shipped or delivered, cancellation is not possible.
Gifts & Gift Returns
If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping & Returns
To initiate a return, email us at infor@lahoregiftshub.com for guidance on the best method.
When possible, we will arrange for collection of returned items.
If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on your location, return shipping times may vary.
If returning an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
