Return Policy
At Lahore Gifts Hub, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. However, due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy:
Returns & Replacements
- Returns are not accepted for perishable items such as cakes, flowers, chocolates, and food items.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
- Proof of damage (such as photos or videos) must be provided when filing a complaint.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before processing and dispatch. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed if an order is delayed beyond 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time (except for circumstances beyond our control).
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
